ATDB provides privacy-focused website analytics. We offer tools to visualize visitor data without compromising user privacy. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue portions of the service for maintenance or improvement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to use the service for:

• Tracking users on illegal or harmful websites.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer our anonymization protocols.
• Sending excessive traffic that could engage in denial of service (DoS) attacks.

4. Intellectual Property

The analytics software, design, and branding of ATDB are owned by us. However, the data you collect from your own website belongs to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

ATDB is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or incidental damages. Uptime is not guaranteed.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ATDB operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
